We checked in to the Fairmont Singapore yesterday afternoon. Our room was ready which was a huge Yahtzee because I wanted nothing more than a shower after 20 hours of flying and time traveling. I’m still not sure what happened to Wednesday but we left Tuesday night and arrived Thursday. The Fairmont is a beautiful hotel and it’s already decorated for Christmas. Christmas feels weird to me in hot and humid environments but it’s very pretty.

And the art around this hotel is beautiful and whimsical. You could spend a whole day just looking at the artwork

The view from our balcony is of the Raffles Hotel. The Singapore Sling was invented there.
